Our popular BBQ School Christmas classes are back for another year. Put on the best Christmas ever. This class will show you how to get the best results while cooking some of your Christmas favourites and some of the best trimmings all on your Barbecue—leaving your indoor oven off and the house cool.
We haven't set the full menu yet but you can be sure we will show the best method for preparing a turkey, glazing your Ham, and BBQing your prawns.
