Intro to Low n Slow BBQ – with Pitmaster Stephen Adams

Kick off your Low n Slow journey with award-winning Pitmaster Stephen Adams. This relaxed and welcoming class is designed to introduce you to the flavours, techniques, and enjoyment of real Low n Slow barbecue.

Over the course of the session, Stephen will share his knowledge of fire management, smoke, seasoning, and timing, showing you how to bring out the best in steak, ribs, and pork. Using pellet smokers, charcoal kettle and ceramic cookers. Expect a laid-back atmosphere with plenty of food to enjoy, practical insights to take home, and opportunities to get involved in the cooking if you’d like.

Guidelines

  • Please advise any special dietary requirements at the time of booking
  • Participants must be 18 years and over to consume alcohol; photo ID may be required
  • Menu is subject to seasonal change

Cancellation

Once your class has been confirmed changes are at the discretion of Hot Things BBQ School and arranged according to this policy:

  • Changes made four or more days before class are fine.
  • Changes made under 4 days before class will incur a $79 per person fee but are able to rebook
  • Changes made the day before class will not be entitled to a refund or rebook. You are welcome to gift your spot to someone else.
  • No-shows and late arrivals will forfeit their class experience and will not be entitled to a refund or rebook
