Over the course of the session, Stephen will share his knowledge of fire management, smoke, seasoning, and timing, showing you how to bring out the best in steak, ribs, and pork. Using pellet smokers, charcoal kettle and ceramic cookers. Expect a laid-back atmosphere with plenty of food to enjoy, practical insights to take home, and opportunities to get involved in the cooking if you’d like.
