This class takes you through a wide variety of BBQs that give you transferable skills you can use on your BBQ at home.
You’ll enjoy generous tastings, premium complimentary drinks (BYO welcome), and head home with a goodies bag to keep the fire going. You'll learn to cook food such as; honey butter cornbread, crunch wrap supreme, seared steak, party pork ribs, smoked beef rib on a handle, and birria tacos (subject to seasonal change). Typically led by pitmasters Craig Fraser & Stephen Adams, this class gives you hands-on, practical skills that translate to any barbecue you’ve got in your backyard, no matter the brand or style.
You’ll move through a range of smokers and grills, learning how different fuel types, airflow systems, and temperature control methods all play a part in creating tender, flavour-packed barbecue.

We did the Beyond the basics bbq course on Saturday. Learned a lot about bbq techniques. Especially interested in smoking techniques. You get to eat all the awesome food the pitmaster cooks up so make sure you are hungry. They also provide beer,wine and soft drinks to wash it...

Fantastic bbq cooking course, really loved it! Liam taught/showed us a lot of things, however the best was the smashed hamburger with cheese in brioche bun. Yummy 😁
