In this engaging experience, Lachie will teach you the art of grilling, focusing on hot and fast techniques you can use in everyday cooking. The star of the show will be Lachie's Surf & Turf sauce. Whether you're new to BBQ or a seasoned pro, Lachie will ensure you walk away with new skills to impress everyone at your next backyard BBQ. As well as having a grilliant time and eating delicious food, $50 of each ticket will be donated to Oz Harvest! That is 100 meals donated per ticket.

• Class Size: Small and intimate group setting to ensure personalized attention
• Ticket Price: $199 per person, with $50 donated to OzHarvest

• Participants must be 18 years or older to consume alcohol; photo ID may be required.
• Please inform us of any special dietary requirements at the time of booking.
• Menu subject to seasonal changes to ensure the best ingredients.
• Cancellation Policy: Changes made four or more days before the class are allowed. Changes within four days incur a $70 per person fee but can be rebooked. No-shows and late arrivals will forfeit their spot without refund. Spots can be gifted.
