Liam Barker of Barker's barbecue shows you how to lift your game when you are cooking a good old Aussie barbecue

Liam leans towards charcoal barbecues, but also uses gas, and pellet grills to show you how you can take your barbecue cooking to the next level. Some simple and awesome food will be covered and sampled. Think of Smash Burgers, Pork Ribs, Beef Ribs, Reverse Sear steak, Chicken Wings, and Jalapeno Poppers and you are on the right track.

Add a few complimentary drinks (BYO welcome), and a goodies bag so you can continue the fun at home and we promise you a terrific afternoon.

Class Details

  • Please allow 4.5 hours for the duration of this experience
  • Commences at 11:30am and finishes around 4pm
  • Numbers kept to a maximum of 15
  • Location is at 13/30 Erindale Road, Balcatta

Cancellation

Once your class has been confirmed changes are at the discretion of Hot Things BBQ School and arranged according to this policy:

  • Changes made four or more days before class are fine.
  • Changes made two to three days before class will incur a $70 per person fee but are able to rebook
  • Changes made the day before class will not be entitled to a refund or rebook. You are welcome to gift your spot to someone else.
  • No-shows and late arrivals will forfeit their class experience and will not be entitled to a refund or rebook
  • We are reasonable people and want you to have the best experience so just talk to us and we can usually work something out.
