In this class you'll learn techniques that will increase your skill and help you impress your friends and family. And you won’t just be learning from anyone. This class is led by Stephen Adams, 2025 Smokin’ in the Valley Competition Champion (26th April). Stephen has proven himself on the competition circuit and now brings that award-winning expertise to the Hot Things BBQ School.

This is a demonstration-style class, but not a sit-back-and-watch lecture. Stephen and our team will keep you involved throughout, encouraging questions, inviting you up close, and making sure you leave confident enough to recreate it all at home.

    Cancellation

    Once your class has been confirmed changes are at the discretion of Hot Things BBQ School and arranged according to this policy:

    • Changes made four or more days before class are fine.
    • Changes made under 4 days before class will incur a $79 per person fee but are able to rebook
    • Changes made the day before class will not be entitled to a refund or rebook. You are welcome to gift your spot to someone else
    • No-shows and late arrivals will forfeit their class experience and will not be entitled to a refund or rebook
