From selecting the best cuts of meat to understanding the nuances of temperature control, you’ll gain the skills needed to impress family and friends with mouth-watering dishes. Class Details

  • Please allow 4.5 hours for the duration of this experience
  • Time to be confirmed closer to date - 12pm start time
  • Class numbers kept small
  • Location is at 13/30 Erindale Road, Balcatta

Guidelines

  • Please advise any special dietary requirements at the time of booking
  • Participants must be 18 years and over to consume alcohol; photo ID may be required
  • Menu is subject to seasonal change

Cancellation

Once your class has been confirmed changes are at the discretion of Hot Things BBQ School and arranged according to this policy:

  • Changes made four or more days before class are fine.
  • Changes made two to three days before class will incur a $79 per person fee but are able to rebook
  • Changes made the day before class will not be entitled to a refund or rebook. You are welcome to gift your spot to someone else.
  • No-shows and late arrivals will forfeit their class experience and will not be entitled to a refund or rebook
